DO YOU STORE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION?
Online credit/debit card payments are transacted via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal.com where your online payment transaction will take place. DO I NEED TO REGISTER IN ORDER TO PURCHASE?
Yes, you will need to register in order to purchase from our online store so that we can contact you to confirm and update your order.
HOW DO I ORDER?
1. Click “Add to Cart” on items you wish to purchase.
2. When done shopping, click on the “Checkout” button.
3. For new users, you will be prompted to create an account. For registered users, you will need to login to your account.
4. Enter and/or verify that your shipping information is correct.
4. Select your Shipping Method.
5. Select your Payment Method.
6. Click “Place Order.”
7. For Gcash, payment instructions will appear after placing your order.8. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment instructions will appear after placing your order.
8. For PayPal payment method, you will be directed to PayPal.com where you will enter your account details to complete the transaction.

HOW DO I PAY?
1. Login to your Gcash app.
2. Click on “Send Money.”

7. Click on “Next” (App will open to a payment confirmation page).

10.Click on “Send XXX amount”
11. We will update the status of your order to “Paid” and prepare your order for pickup from our partner couriers as soon as possible.
12. Once your order has been picked up by our courier, we will update the status of your order to “Shipped” together with the order tracking number.
13. Gcash payments are automatically confirmed.
GCASH PAYMENT GUIDELINES
1. Orders with payment via Gcash are valid for 24 hours. If we do not receive payment within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled.
2. Your orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
3. Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, kindly inform us immediately via email at email@example.com with the subject “CANCEL MY ORDER.” No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled.
4. We may contact you via email and/or text message for payment reminders and requests. Non-reply to our payment reminders and requests may result in the deactivation of your account.
CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) VIA GOGOXPRESS
1. Cash on Delivery is on Beta Testing so orders may take longer to process as compared to other payment methods.
2. We will contact you through viber to confirm your order. Please make sure your phone number is correct. We will only process your order when we get a text acknowledgement confirming your order.
3. Confirmed orders are usually processed and scheduled for shipping with 1-3 business days.
4. Should you fail to reply to within 24 hours to our order confirmation text, your order will be considered cancelled and may result in the deactivation of your account.

WHAT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR INVOICE REGARDING MY ORDER?
Upon completion of the order, you should automatically receive an email confirmation within 5-10 minutes. If you didn’t receive an email from us, kindly check your junk mailbox folder.
WHAT COURIER SERVICES DO YOU USE?
We use a multiple couriers, such as but not limited to GogoXpress, LBC Express, LalaMove, and Grab. For Cash on Delivery Services, we use GogoXpress. It is the discretion of PinoyGolf which courier we will use to ship your orders unless specified in the shipping options.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We offer a flat shipping rate of P100.00 for items below P1,000.00. For items above P1,000.00, we ship the items for FREE.

1. We are working on a limited schedule and do not process orders on a daily basis. Your orders will be processed within 1-3 business days upon payment confirmation.
2. Delivery times are conservative estimates and may vary depending on unforeseen conditions such as holidays, typhoons, and other circumstances due such as COVID-19. In most cases, you will receive your item at a sooner time.
3. The delivery time count starts upon the confirmation of your payment, not when you place your order.
4. The delivery time count does not include weekends and holidays.
5. PinoyGolf has no control of the shipping times once your order has been turned over to the courier. Although in most cases, your item will arrive within the estimated shipping time.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
For Golf Clubs, we give a 7-day limited warranty for any manufacturing defects in the material and workmanship. Defects do not include, scratches, depressions not on the club face, paint chips, nicking, or any other blemishes from normal wear and tear. We will replace your defective club with a similar club. Should stocks not be available, the buyer has the option to find a replacement club of the same value or receive the replacement in the form of store credits.
For Apparel and Accessories such as but not limited to shoes, shirts, shorts, pants, jackets, gloves, belts we do not offer warranties or returns since these are consumable items. We inspect each item for manufacturing defects or damages prior to shipping. It is your sole responsibility to inspect each item and report any manufacturing defects or damages upon arrival within 24-48 hours.
In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. If the item isn’t available or you don’t wish to receive a replacement item, we will credit your account for the item amount. To return an item, simply contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of purchase.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we’d gladly accept returns for items that are returnable. Items must be in the exact condition they were received and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the item. We accept returns up to 48 hours after receipt of the item, in exchange for a 100% refund in the form of store credits. You are responsible for return shipping costs and may be charged a 10% restocking fee. We will credit your account within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
